TERRE DI TORRECHIARA EMILIA PGI LAMBRUSCO
It is Lambrusco “alla Parmigiana”. Intense and brilliant ruby red, with violet reflections, with a purple foam, it has aromas of violets and red jam. On the palate it is rich in acidity and flavour, fruity, well structured and therefore balanced. Ideal to be paired with cured meats and delicious local dishes.
