Iconic wine of our hills, where sparkling Sauvignon finds its roots in an ancient tradition carried forward over time by local winemakers. The aroma is complex and is expressed with the typical notes of tropical fruit and aromatic herbs. The palate is tickled by fine bubbles which accentuate the freshness of the wine. It can accompany cold first courses, fish-based dishes, hard cheeses and short-aged cured meats.
